Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your bulk shipment arrives damaged or with missing items:

Provide photos of the packaging and products, along with the order number
We will review the claim and, where appropriate, send replacement items or adjust the order. This process does not create any right to a refund beyond what is required by law or covered in our Refund Policy.
Changes or Cancellations
Bulk orders often involve special handling and may not be cancelable once production or fulfillment has started. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. Approval is not guaranteed.
