The Change Hack Collective was created from a simple truth. Change is constant, but transformation is intentional. I built this space for people who want to navigate life with clarity, courage, and strategy instead of confusion or burnout. The Collective brings together everything I have learned as a transformation strategist, evaluator, and social work scholar, and everything I believe about what is possible when we choose to look directly at where we are and take aligned steps forward.

My work is shaped by years spent helping individuals, professionals, and organizations face moments of uncertainty with structure and heart. Through the Appraise, Adapt, Achieve Method, I teach a way of moving through change that honors values, strengthens resilience, and creates real, measurable growth. This approach is grounded in data and lived experience. It is also deeply human.
